Deswell Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:DSWL) recently announced its financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2010.
Net sales for the first quarter ended June 30, 2010 were $20.5 million, a decrease of 9.9% compared to net sales of $22.7 million for the same quarter ended June 30, 2009. Net sales decreased by 13.2% to $10.8 million in the plastic segment and by 5.9% to $9.7 million in the Company’s electronic and metallic segment.
