Here are the final results for the 2016 portfolios (based on prices on market close of 2016/1/4 through close on 2016/12/30):

Select Funds 2.9%

NASDAQ 12 26.7%

Utilities 27.1%

QLD/UBT 5.8%

Contra Momentum 18.0%

NASDQ 12 has done much better than QQQ, as has the utilities portfolio in comparioson to various utility ETFs/Funds. Obviously due to the breakdown of biotech and treasury funds, the select fund portfolio and the QLD/UBT have been quite a disppointment. The contra momentum portfolio has, however, done quite well.

Overall the performance was quite satisfactory.

We have decided to skip the Annual Fidelity Select Fund portfolio and the leveraged portfolio due to uncertainty in the near term fate of treasury funds.
