Google goes Instant

On wsj.com by Amir Efrati (Google Feature to Speed Web Searches), Sept. 7, 2010. (http://online.wsj.com/home-page) Google Inc. unveiled “Google Instant” a significant change to its web search engine. Google Instant anticipates what the user is searching for based on each letter the is typed. The company estimates that the change will shave as much as five seconds off the 25 seconds time it takes on average to search and select a link.
