Well, the oil moratorium has been over since October 12, but nothing has materially changed since last June. Going forward, this may be different as the administration noted that they are looking to let 13 companies go back to work on wells that were already in use before the BP Oil Spill occurred. Though this is only a small step in the right direction, it is good to see that they might actually be letting conditions return to normal. At least I hope the administration is not being a tease again!
