European stock for sale (Nov. 1, 2011)

Well Europe had and still has difficult financial time and as a result many European stock are for sale now. I list here my priorities companies with good dividend policies or promissing dividend histories or high dividend yield:

In December 2010, it acquired Ares Aeroespecial e Defesa S.A. and Periscopio Equipamentos Optronicos S.A. In March 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of the balance of the shares of Elisra Electronic Systems Ltd. held by Elta Systems Ltd. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it established Brightway Vision Ltd.
CRH plc CRH Ireland CRH plc (NYSE:CRH) is a diversified building materials company, which manufactures and distributes building material products from the fundamentals of heavy materials and elements to construct the frame, through exterior products that complete the building envelope, to distribution channels, which service construction fit-out and renewal. The Company operates in six business segments: Europe Materials (including activities in China and India), Europe Products, Europe Distribution, Americas Materials, Americas Products and Americas Distribution. During the year ended December 31, 2010, CRH acquired one Exterior Products distributor in Sacramento, California. In November 2010, the Company sold all the assets of its Ivy Steel and Wire business (Ivy) in the United States. In June 2011, the Company's Allied Building Products Corp. acquired Astro Building Supplies, Inc.

In April 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Novarra, Inc. and MetaCarta Inc. In September 2010, Nokia acquired Motally, Inc. In December 2010, Renesas Electronics Corporation acquired Nokias Wireless Modem business.
Royal KPN N.V. KKPNY Netherlands Koninklijke KPN N.V. On January 22, 2010, KPN acquired the remaining 35% shares in Ortel Mobile. In December 2010, KPN acquired Atlantic Telecom. In 2010, KPN acquired a 6% interest in Jasper Wireless. E.ON AG EONGY Germany E.ON AG is an investor-owned energy company. The Central Europe market unit focuses on E.ONs electricity business and the downstream gas business in central Europe. Pan-European Gas focuses on the upstream and midstream gas business. The U.K. market unit operates the energy business in the United Kingdom. The Nordic market unit focuses on the energy business in Northern Europe. Energy Trading combines E.ONs European trading activities for electricity, gas, coal and carbon dioxide (CO2) allowances. New Markets consists of the climate and renewables, Italy, and Russia market units. On February 25, 2010, the Company completed the sale of its subsidiary, Transpower Stromuebertragungs GmbH. AstraZeneca PLC AZN UK AstraZeneca PLC (AstraZeneca) is a global biopharmaceutical company. On August 25, 2010, Novartis completed the acquisition of a further 52% interest in Alcon, Inc. (Alcon). On June 1, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Oriel Therapeutics Inc. On February 3, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Corthera Inc. On April 8, 2011, the Company completed the merger of Alcon, Inc. 
Sanofi-Aventis SNY France Sanofi, formerly Sanofi-Aventis, is a global and diversified healthcare company. The Company discovers, develops and distributes therapeutic solutions focused on patients needs. Sanofi focuses on the field of healthcare with seven growth platforms: diabetes solutions, human vaccines, innovative drugs, rare diseases, consumer healthcare, emerging markets and animal health. As of February 2011, Sanofi portfolio comprised 55 projects in clinical development, of which 13 were in Phase III or had been submitted to the health authorities for approval. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited TEVA Israel Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (Teva) is a global pharmaceutical and drug company. On March 23, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Athabasca Potash Inc (API). In August 2011, the Company acquired Petrohawk Energy Corporation.

(WiMAX) operators, cable operators, third generation (3G) operators and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). The Companys convergent billing and customer care solution supports multiple services, including voice, data and content services, as well as both prepaid and postpaid payment models in a single platform. The prepaid solution authorizes each service and controls each session in real time, taking care that the balance is not exceeded. Postpaid subscribers, including credit-limited and non-limited, retail or business customers, represent the higher average revenue per user (ARPU) market. 
BP plc BP UK BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP) is an international oil and gas company. BP operates its products in more than 80 countries, providing its customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, retail services and petrochemicals products. The Company operates two segments: Exploration and Production and Refining and Marketing. Exploration and Productions activities include oil and natural gas exploration, field development and production; midstream transportation, storage and processing; and the marketing and trading of natural gas, including liquefied natural gas, together with power and natural gas liquids. Refining and Marketings activities include the supply and trading, refining, manufacturing, marketing and transportation of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemicals products and related services. In April 2011, BP acquired 83% of Companhia Nacional de Acucar e Alcool. During the year ended December 31, 2010, BP acquired Vereniums lignocellulosic biofuels business.
Total SA TOT France TOTAL SA is a France-based integrated international oil and gas company. With operations in more than 130 countries, TOTAL engages in all aspects of the petroleum industry, including Upstream operations (oil and gas exploration, development and production, liquefied natural gas (NYSEMKT:LNG)) and Downstream operations (refining, marketing and the trading and shipping of crude oil and petroleum products). It also produces base chemicals (petrochemicals and fertilizers) and specialty chemicals for the industrial and consumer markets. In addition, TOTAL has interests in the coal mining and power generation sectors. It is also active in solar-photovoltaic power, both in Upstream and Downstream activities. TOTAL SAs worldwide operations are conducted through four business segments: Upstream, Downstream, Corporate and Chemicals. The Company operates various subsidiaries, including Elf Aquitaine, Total Venezuela, Total E&P Nigeria SAS, and Total E&P USA, Inc., among others.

Siemens AG SI Germany Siemens AG is engaged in electronics and electrical engineering. The Company is an integrated technology company with activities in the fields of industry, energy and healthcare. Siemens operates in six segments: Industry, Energy, Healthcare, Equity Investments, Siemens IT Solutions and Services and Siemens Financial Services (NYSE:SFS). Industry, Energy and Healthcare are reported along with 14 divisions, which comprise the divisions, Industry Automation, Drive Technologies, Building Technologies, OSRAM, Industry Solutions and Mobility, belonging to the Industry Sector, the Divisions, Fossil Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Power Transmission and Power Distribution, belonging to the Energy Sector and the Divisions, Imaging and Information Technology (NYSE:IT), Workflow and Solutions and Diagnostics, belonging to the Healthcare Sector. Telefonica, S.A. TEF Spain Telefonica, S.A. (Telefonica) together with its subsidiaries and investees operates in the telecommunications, media and contact center industries. Telefonicas basic purpose is the provision of all manner of public or private telecommunications services, including ancillary or complementary telecommunications services or related services. It operates in three business segments: Telefonica Spain, Telefonica Europe and Telefonica Latin America. On October 26, 2010, it acquired Portugal Telecoms, a 50% interest in Brasilcel. On September 27, 2010, it acquired 50% of the interest of Brasilcel (a Dutch company that owns interest representing, approximately, 60% of the interest capital stock of Brazilian company Vivo Participacoes, S.A.). On February 16, 2010, it completed the acquisition of 100% of the interest of HanseNet Telekommunikation GmbH. In January 2010, the Telefonica Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Telefonica Europe Plc, acquired 100% of the interest of Jajah Inc.
Portugal Telecom SGPS SA PT Portugal Portugal Telecom SGPS SA (Portugal Telecom) is a Portugal-based telecommunications operator. Together with its subsidiaries, it is engaged in rendering a range of telecommunications and multimedia services in Portugal and other countries or regions, including Brazil and Africa. The Companys activity covers the fixed, mobile, multimedia, data and corporate solutions segments of the telecommunications sector. In Portugal, fixed line services are rendered by PT Comunicacoes SA, which also renders Pay-TV services through a number of platforms and acts as an Internet Service Provider (NYSE:ISP). Data transmission services are rendered by PT Prime - Solucoes Empresariais de Telecomunicacoes e Sistemas SA. Mobile services in Portugal are offered by TMN - Telecomunicacoes Moveis Nacionais (TMN). In Africa, the Companys activities are developed mainly through Africatel Holding BV (Africatel). In the Brazilian market, Portugal Telecom's presence extends to Dedic and Mobitel.
Vodafone Group plc VOD UK Vodafone Group Plc (Vodafone) is a mobile communications company operating across the globe providing a range of communications services. The Company offers a range of products and services, including voice, messaging, data and fixed-line solutions and devices to assist customers in meeting their total communications needs. Vodafone has a global presence, with equity interests in over 30 countries and over 40 partner markets worldwide. It operates in three geographic regions: Europe, Africa and Central Europe; Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, and has an investment in Verizon Wireless in the United States. In October 2010, Vodafone Global Enterprise, the business within Vodafone, announced the acquisition of two telecom expense management (TEM) companies, Quickcomm and TnT Expense Management. 

Anybody can recover the dividend policiesfrom companies WWW sites (all have English section of IR),  the dividend histories from e.g., and yield from multiple sources.
I expect "bumpy dividends: in 2008-2013 from most of these companies and them terrific YOC based on prices they had 10/31/11.
