Today, TEVA has broken out above 43.00. This is worth noting, because TEVA has experienced strong resistance at these levels over the past six months. TEVA was unable to break above 41.36 on Aug. 31,2011, 42.3 4 on Oct. 28, 2011, and 42.72 on Dec. 16, 2011.
I think, this break out is evidence that investors are finally acknowledging that TEVA has a high potential to generate big profit in the future. Along with being the worlds largest generic drug maker, TEVA is working to expand their presence in the emerging markets, and be a bigger player in the branded drug business. All of this, is being done with the expectation of doubling sales by 2015.
