RNN +28% Another microcap biotech for cancer treatments. No news. These cancer stocks are up in sympathy from the KITE buyout.

FSNN +26%  Up big 2nd day in a row because it's making an acquisition. But why? It has more than doubled since the announcement 2 days ago.

OVID +21% Develops drugs for neurological disorders. 

JUNO +20% Up big 2nd day in a row. Is KITE's CAR-T rival, after KITE got acquired, that gives real world justification for this one.

MOV +20% beat on revs and earns. Also announced a $50M buyback.

ABEO +18% Received FDA breakthrough therapy for EB-101, a treatment for patients with Recessive Bullosa.

OPNT +18% Has just gotten uplisted to the NASDAQ. Develops opioid treatments for addictions.

IMGN +17% Up from a strategic collaboration with JAZZ. Was up 6% in the PM. Biotech stocks were very hot today. The news came at the right time to take advantage of the fervor.

VERI +14% QTM announced a cloud version of VERI's AI platform. VERI is a play on artificial intelligence. It was already hot, this news gave it an extra boost. Probably time to short.

Big Decliners

ACOR -24% FDA determined that ACOR's NDA was not sufficiently complete. RTF letter ensued.

FINL -18% Shoe retailer cuts outlook. Several analysts cut to sell. Probably will fall more tomorrow. 

JILL -16% Met earns consensus, lowered outlook.

KONA -15% Slightly missed revs, badly missed earnings. 

RTNB -12% Continuing its downtrend of the 2nd day. Crazy nano-cap stocks like this move in multi-day trends, up or down.

AVEO -12% Had a week+ long trend, gave it all back today.

CONN -8% No news.

QURE -7% Popped yesterday on KITE sympathy being a gene therapy stock. Gave it all back today.

VRX -7% Continues downtrend from lord Abbett lawsuit.

RICK -7% No news.
