9/29 Notable Small Cap Movers

Big Gainers

ZGNX +172% Had great ph 3 results for epilepsy treatment. PT raised to $55 from $26 at Stifel. Said the ph 3 data for Dravet syndrome treatment was far better than expected. A much bigger reduction in seizures compared to placebo. I had thought that positive results were already expected in this trial. Didn't expect the stock to go up so much.

RTNB +44%  Stock shoots up at open, then halted as NASDAQ requests additional info.

CAPR +38% Stock had gone up on the 15th due to positive data from DMD trial. New trial to be led by a BMRN executive, announced on 9/26. Not sure why the stock's rise was delayed into today.

SRAX +32% Presented at a small cap conference. Is a nanocap internet advertising and platform company. These stocks seem to be going through a hot trend right now.

ACER +27% A nanocap biotech. Had positive results a week ago, this is a delayed further uptrend. CLosed at $18.7, 52 week high is $45.6.

VERI +23% Rebounded after 2 big down days. From Roth capital raising PT to $62 from $13.20.

HMNY +17% Continued uptrend from increased Movie pass adoption. Executives going to investor conferences as well.

CMTL +17% Originally fell after missing revenue and lowering guidance, but then it opened flat and rose throughout the day.

Big Decliners

ITUS -25% After rising over 100%, stock had 2 huge down days. Will need to raise money soon. Is a promotion, uses buzz words AI and CAR-T to describe business.

OMNT -23% Had 2 big up days, previous day was up 85%, and expected retrace today.

WTI -13% Is an oil and gas company on the gulf of mexico. Had originally said the hurricane didn't cause damage, but may have actually caused some.

ZYNE -11% Had originally jumped from positive phase 2 data and analyst upgrades. But the study was open label and the drugs were given by the children's caregivers. It was an obvious fade, should have seen it and made the easy short. Even if I shorted the day of the data, I could've held through the temporary bounce from the analyst upgrades. Of course analysts are going to be nice, the company is going to raise money.

REV -11% Retraced partially back down after a week long strong rally after majority owner Perelman said he wont' take it private.

OXBR -10% Contuation of a week long downtrend. No news.

EVI -10% Distributes commercial and industrial laundry equipment. Could be down from just noticed damage from Hurricane Harvey.

GWPH -10% Down on competitor ZGNX superior drug shown in a phase 3 trial.

PME -9% Down for 2nd day after the company was linked to a shipping company engaged in illegal wildlife activity.

IAG -8% Dg to hold from buy at Canaccord. Says upward momentum fading.
