GEMP +42% A healthcare fund took a 10% stake in it on August 20th. Stock was actually red for awhile, sold off at around noon. Then starting around noon, rapidly rallied and went straight up at 2:30pm. Some tweets regarding a likely FDA partial clinical hold lift. 

ARWR +38% Hep B virus treatment drug got great results among 8 patients. All 8 patients showed high reductions in HBsAg. Also getting ready to present results for its liver disease treatment candidate. 

WSCI +33%  Acquisition.

CLDR +24% Slightly beat revs and earnings and slightly raised FY19 guidance. Is a $2.5B SaaS company. Is a platform for machine learning and analytics. 

SLGL +22% An Israeli biotech (uh oh). Develops and commercializes topical dermatological drug products. Up on no news. 

SDPI +21% Microcap drilling tool technology company. No apparent news. 

CMTA +20% Not sure why stock is up. Is a biotech for patients with bone disorders and other diseases. 

AGX +17% Strong earnings, slightly beat revs. Is an engineering and construction company. Started going up at the open, went up the whole day, closing at highs. 

CEPU +17% Argentine electric power company. Argentina has rebounded strongly from that fade. The original rally was correct, investors were just spooked the next day after what the financial minister said. 

BFR +15% An Argentine financial services company which does business all over the world. 

AVAV +14% Beat but reit FY19 EPS and revs. PipJay inc pt to $77 from $56, but the stock closed at $100 today. Creates drone systems mostly to governments and defense programs. 

GGAL +14% Another Argentine financial services company rebounding. All from the IMF will provide $50B in backup financing to Argentina. The president has already agreed to make lots of cuts and increase taxes on exports to balance the budget.
