A review of Cloudflare’s (NET) recently filed S-1 reveals the firm is growing paying customers at a rapid pace and partners with some of the top firms in the tech industry. However, growing expenses hint at a lack of economies of scale, which should make investors question if the firm can achieve the profit growth implied by its IPO valuation.
