Thoughts & Comments

The DJI dropped over 100 points today. This is consistance with our V-indicator being high on Friday. We expect a 3-digit move +/- 1 day. A drop was also consistant with our T2 indicator being heavily negative this week and with one of the last two trading days of the month being negative.
VIX continued to move higher for another day. In fact it gapped up. See chart below.
We have a 3-day holiday weekend coming up. Things happen over 3-day weekends. Watch for a game changer like news about a stimulus package or maybe it won't have anything to do with the markets but something usually appears you were not expecting.
