SilverCrest Metals Inc. (NYSE American:SILV) (TSX:SIL) has announced positive results from a Feasibility Study for the Las Chispas Project in Sonora, Mexico. The company’s COO, Pierre Beaudoin, explained:
"The Las Chispas Feasibility Study defines a project with robust economics and potential for further improvements during operations. With our EPC Contract and underground development contracts in place, initial construction is already underway and is expected to ramp up through Q1, 2021. Our on-site team has been integral in advancing the study and operating successfully under challenging conditions. The recent achievement of completing more than 9,000 metres of underground mine development while surpassing one million man-hours without a Lost-Time Injury is a testament to our work force diligence to get the job done and continued commitment towards a strong health and safety culture. Aurcana Silver Corporation (TSXV:AUN) (OTC:AUNFF) has announced the closure of the previously-announced non-brokered private placement offering of 33,406,363 Units for gross proceeds of $33,406,363 CAD. According to the press release, proceeds will “provide contingency funding for the restart of the Company's wholly owned Revenue Virginius (RV) Mine,” specifically including “growth of the resource base at the RV Mine which may enable the Company to scale up future production volumes, as well as opportunities for strategic consolidation in the RV Mine district.”
Defense Metals Corp. (TSXV:DEFN) (OTCQB:DFMTF) has received final property-wide high-resolution airborne LiDaR (Light Detection and Ranging) survey results for its 1,708 hectare (4,220 acre) Wicheeda Rare Earth Element (REE) Property near Prince George in British Columbia, Canada. The company’s CEO, Craig Taylor, said:

First Energy Metals Limited (CSE:FE) (OTC:ASKDF) has planned Phase 1 Exploration work on its recently acquired Augustus lithium property located near Val-d’Or in Quebec, Canada, and will commence said work in the second week of February. This will include prospecting, mapping and sampling of known lithium prospects, with the aim of confirming historical surface sampling results on three known historical lithium and silver prospects, confirming the location of historical drill holes, and developing future exploration targets on the property.
