Aftermath Silver Ltd. (TSXV:AAG) has announced the start of drilling at the Berenguela Ag-Cu-Mn project in southern Peru. The 6,600 metre Phase 1 program will focus on “metallurgical sample collection,” and “HQ-diameter diamond core holes for resource conversion and confirmation drilling around previous RC drill holes.” The company’s CEO, Ralph Rushton, said:
"Having completed the necessary permitting and planning work, we can now focus on drilling. As we move ahead and unlock value our goal will be to demonstrate that Berenguela is one of the premier silver deposits in the Americas. I look forward to reporting on the progress as the drilling moves forward.”
Equity Metals Corporation (TSXV:EQTY) has reported high-grade silver drill intercepts in western and down dip step-outs of the Camp Vein target at the Silver Queen Project in British Columbia, Canada. According to the press release, drilling has “now confirmed broad continuity in all four of the modelled veins identified on the northwestern margin of the Camp Vein target.” The company has now completed a total of 63 drill holes for 19,645 metres on the Silver Queen property.
Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE:NSG) has completed a Phase IIB diamond drill program on its 100 percent-owned Miller Gold Property, southwest of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada. According to the press release, a “total of 2,495 metres were drilled in 14 holes, with 6 holes testing Allied Syenite Gold Zone extensions, 2 holes testing the recently discovered E Zone and 6 holes designed to upgrade a historic resource estimate on the recently acquired Searles Property.”
LaSalle Exploration Corp. (TSXV:LSX) has reported progress of the comprehensive surface exploration program on the Egan Gold Property, including several new mineralization discoveries. Ian Campbell, President and CEO of LaSalle, said:
