American Energy Fields, Inc. is pleased to announce it has finalized a memorandum of understanding to acquire from American Nuclear Resources LLC a significant portfolio of properties on the Colorado Plateau in southern Utah and southwestern Colorado. complete crushing plant
The total portfolio consists of more than 8,000 acres of unpatented lode mining claims on Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) land and a Utah State Minerals Lease consisting of over 1,500 acres. As some of the properties have produced uranium in the past, the infrastructure is in place to commence near-term production, contingent on fulfilling permitting requirements.

The board is optimistic about what this prospect may provide Habanero’s corporate growth in the future. Bridge Resources Corp. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bridge Energy Inc. has completed the acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of the assets of Bridge Energy LLC (the “Vendor”) which comprise a 50% working interest in approximately 100,000 acres located in the Boise Basin of Idaho and Oregon and offers a large number of oil and gas prospects (the “Boise Basin Project”). The acquisition was previously announced on July 14 and August 21, 2009. The consideration to be paid to the Vendor is 6,500,000 common shares of Bridge issued at a deemed price of $0.24 per share for an aggregate consideration of $1,560,000.
The Acquisition is a non-arm’s length transaction, in that Edward J. Davies and Thomas Stewart are the majority members of the Vendor.
The Red Willow North property consists of three claims covering favourable basement rocks over an area of 13,436 hectares. The claims include the northern extension of the Osprey conductor that extends onto the Red Willow North property and appears to be folded and faulted within a structurally complex area. The conductive trend then continues eastwards onto Hathor Exploration’s Hatchet Lake Project and Purepoint’s Carson Lake property.
A radioactive boulder occurrence consisting of approximately 125 radioactive boulders and one radioactive outcrop within an area of 1.5 km by 240m is located one kilometer to the southwest (down-ice direction) of Red Willow North. Uranium mineralization is associated with sheared and fractured biotite quartzite, pegmatite and graphitic gneisses with the best assays obtained from the regolith (1.43% U3O8). concrete recycling
