Leading provider of legacy application lifecycle solutions, BluePhoenix has named Rick Rinaldo as Chief Financial Officer and Carla Corkern to the company's Board of Directors.
Rinaldo currently has 25 years of financial expertise, enthusiastically stating, "I'm excited to have the opportunity to lead BluePhoenix's finance and control functions. Rinaldo previously held the responsibility of Treasury operations for Expedia. His experience also includes responsibilities for cash management, investments, and insurance. Additionally Rinaldo executed as the financial lead, the turn-around of several companies. Newly assigned to BluePhoenix's Board of Directors, Corkern's resume includes previously serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Talyst, Inc., promoted from President of Extended Care. Her experience includes a wealth of knowledge in both high-tech and supply chain management. Corkern was also both the President and founder of Isogen International, until deciding to sell DataChannel Inc. With 20 years of experience, Corkern has helped bring to fruition a number of highly successful technologies based companies. In addition Corkern was honored as one of the 100 Top Women in Seattle Tech.
