NFLX The bubble hasn't burst yet

|Includes: Netflix, Inc. (NFLX)

Let's compare NFLX Price/Book with the perceived over-priced stocks:

CMG 8.85
CRM 14.36
PCLN 12.12
AMZN 12.83
FFIV 12.14
AAPL 6.20
LULU 15.33
NTAP 6.18
LVS 4.99

NFLX?  48.94
it is more than 3 times higher than the next 'over-priced' stock!!

Which means  even at $106, it is still expensive

Why is this important?

Imagine you are buying a house, you are comparing them using $/square feet, all these 'nice' houses are priced in the range between $4.99~$15.33, then you have one with lots improvements, but the unit price is at least three times higher than the next highest, how would the price be justified?

In terms of brand recognition, pricing power, etc....what does NFLX have, that would grant it more than 3 times the value over these other power houses, and, almost 8 times over AAPL?

I didn't think so.

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours.
