It seems there are a lot of arguments about Nokia and Windows phone that might not be so convincing. So I put this short essay together and see if I can address some of them.
* Quality of form factor
Nokia Lumia 800 and 900 are the first smartphones that can compete with iPhone on form factor. This is so important because most of the mass market consumers judge the value of a smartphone not by speed, OS or ecosystem, but by form factor. If the form factor is good, and OS and ecosystem are ok, then the consumer will think the vlaue of the phone is great. My prediction is that the mass market consumer will consider Lumia top line phones have the same value as iPhone's, if not greater.
