Given the enthusiasm of the pre-Easter week, yesterday must have been the proverbial hang-over. As the title of one of William Shakespeare’s Comedies, it was ‘Much Ado About Nothing.’ The volume and action left most traders waiting and waiting for final resolve. As it stands if the volume continues to be this lackluster, it’s more likely the gaps from last week will be filled, rather than a bust topside. However, if the markets (SPX & NDX) can accomplish this feat, watch for volume and follow-through.
