** ACLS reported that it has received a multiple system, follow-on order from one of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers for the Company's Integra(TM) RS plasma dry strip system.
The systems will be used in production of 3x nm and below NAND Flash devices at leading edge fabs in Asia and the US. The systems began shipping this month.

** GE Aviation, an operating unit of GE, reported that they were awarded a contract worth nearly $9 million in support of surveillance systems such as the U.S. Marine Corps Ground-Based Operation Surveillance System (G-BOSS) program.
The contract includes the inertial reference unit, lab testing assets, integration, repairs and engineering support for the program. The work will take place at GEs facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with deliveries starting this year and ending in the third quarter 2017.
