Many were bewildered when they found out about the Pro flight simulator because of its amazing graphical interface as well as its cool looking settings. Yet, much as how the designers tried, the software is still a flop when it comes to real life flying conditions and control settings.
There were still some glitches found in the program and a lot of errors especially when it comes to flight patterns, controls and flight plans. The program is still as ineffective as World War 2 airplane games.
Although some Pro flight simulator review websites agree that there are still perks with the program there are still a lot of things that is lacking with the its design. The program has over a thousand different kinds of airplanes to choose from.
Players would be able to enjoy flying different types of commercial aircrafts. The terrain for the planes are also very breathtaking since players can choose flying to a desert, the tower filled skies of New York or the populated areas of Asia. Since the program is connected with Google maps, players would be able to enjoy the view found in each terrain.
Aside from the flight pattern, users would also be able to change weather conditions. There are several types of weather conditions to choose from including a hot sunny summer day or a rainy day filled with strong winds and strong downpours.
Players would be able to learn how each flight would feel like depending on how the elements are reacting to the plane as well as the effects of altitude on a plane. Nevertheless, the program is still branded as a pro flight simulator scam because of its lack of accuracy in some areas.
One of the biggest downsides with the game is its accuracy when it comes to ETA patterns. ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival for flights is actually very far fetched especially when patterned with real flights.
Some flights are over exaggerated especially when it comes to the pattern of flight. Imagine, flying over Asia to the United States from well over 25 minutes of flight time. That seems to be really impossible even if a modern innovation aircraft is used. There is no commercial plane on earth that can complete that flight in well over a couple of minutes.
The pricing for the program is also a problem. Some websites would claim that the price for the program would actually double in some sales site. Such Proflight simulator scam sites would do anything just to earn money.
They would do anything just to get a quick buck to users who would not be checking up on the retail price of the program. Such tricks would be effective especially to those who want the program badly.
All in all, the program would only be effective for entertainment purposes and not for real life training. There are still kinks with the program which the designers would need to issue and there are still a lot of planes that can be added up.
The controls should also be changed in order to fit the actual controls for each aircraft. There are still a lot of things that needs to be changed when it comes to the Pro flight simulator program.
