Cuts don’t go far enough – UK rally to live within means
The environment in the UK towards deficit cutting and reducing public expenditure is hostile and reactionary. One group highlighting the need for the UK to live within its means is the Taxpayers’ Alliance. Matthew Sinclair, the director of the Taxpayers’ Alliance told the BBC “we can’t go on borrowing at the rate we are.”
