Veken Scooters vs. ABAT Court Document
We have located the court documents of Veken Scooters v. Advanced Battery Technoliges, Inc. and Veken USA. ABAT's products were described to be of poor quality and did not meet U.S. standards and safety requirements at all.
In the press release announcing the partnership in 2008, Wuxi Angell was responsible for assembling the hybrid scooters yet that company was not sued by Veken Scooters. This is suspicious since only ABAT and Veken USA were named as the defendants.
