Is it curious that the stock market experts are concerned that the price of gasoline rising could reduce discretionary spending by consumers?
It would not be so odd if a sudden decline in the usage and price of gasoline caused the stock market to go down. One would think that the decrease in the price of gasoline today would in fact free up some money for discretionary spending.
