Seeking Alpha Analyst Since 2011

Hello, www.ROI4U.com is one of my many domains... I'm a businessman. I am an MBA, a licensed Real Estate Broker (Realtor), and former General Contractor. I am also currently an Doctor of Business Administration student. In addition to all that, I'm a scuba diver, world traveler, entrepreneur and all around fun person. I enjoy sporting events, movies, and most of all anything fun with family and friends. I am interested in investing in things that matter for longer periods of time than just fleeting riches... I'm hoping to build a future that allows many to follow...

I have joined with EXP Realty, the Agent-Owned Cloud Brokerage and am one of the thousands of Agents who are also owners, since we are a publicly traded company and all agents who are productive have earned stocks of EXPI, EXP World Holdings, Inc, our parent company. You can find out more info about me at www.USAHouses.com or contact me at 707-474-8855.

I'm currently investing in the stock called the future. Education, time, dedication, sacrifice, insight & understanding are the currency. The price is high, but worth it!

It’s been said that it is not what you know, but who you know, that makes the difference.

I would suggest to you that if you don’t know WHAT, you won’t know who. You must know what you need to be doing in life, you must know what will allow you to meet who you need to know, you must know what to say to the “who’s” in your life, and they will not be in your life long enough to make the impact needed on your future to get that break you’re needing.

It's a jungle out there they say. Well, I say it's better to be in the jungle than in civilization these days. The business world is a cut throat place for a novice, and I recommend you are well connected before venturing your capital there alone!

If you're considering purchasing in a Real Estate Investment Trust, or any Real Estate Investment, you had better be certain you are making a wise decision. I've been in Real Estate for many years, been to meetings where the speakers were training people how to get you, the investor/buyer/seller to do what they wanted you to do... not looking out for your best interests. DO yourself a favor and make sure you have someone on your side!

The stock market is perhaps filled with that, except I assume it is perhaps not as tame as with the average Real Estate transactions. I'm guessing it is exponentially more dangerous to take your money and give it to a stock portfolio manager.

When YOU are considering making a large financial transaction, whether it is with real Estate or stocks or any other, it is not one wise to seek the advice of your own trusted professional educated, skilled and experienced in that field, it is a shame to you and your family if you fail to do so.

I also KNOW of a book about to be released that deals with the subject of choosing a financial planner/ investment advisor. This is something you must read. In today's world, you have to spend the $22.95 or whatever small price there is attached for that to be certain you are not wiped out by the Enrons, Madoffs, Ponzis or those you have yet to hear from!

I offer free Real Estate advice to anyone who asks, and seriously have been grieved to see so many of my friends and acquaintances settle for less than what they should have when selling their properties, or pay more than they should when purchasing.
