Stock Market Today: Dow Lunges Over 30,000 as Recovery Rally Continues | KiplingerTo each of the 30,000, thanks for following me.

I am pouring through SEC filings to uncover misunderstood securities that we can exploit for profit. I invest in the best opportunities, share them on StW, then pass some of them on to the general public.

What is the single most important factor in your success through life?

I am grateful for the spike of interest in my SPAC investments and ideas. However, I need to focus my efforts. To that end, I am making “SPAC Action This Day” updates exclusive to StW starting in February. Additionally, communication is getting unwieldy. I am going to double StW membership dues from $2,500 to $5,000 after the 1,000th member (current members will lock in their current rates). This raises their share of my research budget from 10 to 20 bps, which remains a tremendously good value. It also increases the value in that I will be able to offer more thoughtful interactions with fewer (or at least a slower growing number of) members.

Sifting the World

My investing partners and I find the ideas on StW immensely valuable – from demutualization opportunities such as Eastern (EBC) to SPAC opportunities such as Apex (APXTW) – and hope fellow members do, too.

Single IPO allocations to Eastern have made $1,282,000 so far with many StW members (including me) taking advantage of that opportunity.

We have profited from many great SPAC opportunities such as Apex; more are added daily with edgy, actionable summaries delivered each week in SPAC Focus.

Different Types of Coffee, Roasts, and Drinks, Explained | AllrecipesMy favorite local coffee shop has a terse sign reading “No cell phones. Cash only.” Hang up and pay up in cash or leave. How can a small businessman treat his customers that way? By serving exceptionally good coffee. In fact, this experience has served as a cue when I travel – proprietors that skip obsequiousness probably have excess demand and a valuable supply of whatever they’re offering. StW has both. So we respectfully decline to either offer free trials or publish any discounts. It is premium content priced at a premium to other Seeking Alpha content. If that interests you, great. If not, that’s fine, too.

Analyst's Disclosure: I am/we are long EBC, APXTW.

First, if you’d like to put together a portfolio of these opportunities yourself, be careful: they have terrific risk/rewards, but you have to execute the strategy perfectly. One errant failure to keep track of a redemption deadline could easily wipe out the upside of the rest of a portfolio. Second, our firm manages a discretionary strategy focused on SPACs, and while we disclose positions that are discussed in this article, we may buy or sell positions at any time on behalf of our investors. If you have questions or would like to understand more about the strategy, please contact my colleague Rob Sterner at rsterner@rangeleycapital.com.
