Small Cap NEI poised for breakout?

|Includes: Network Engines, Inc (NEI)

I once owned Network Engines stock (it traded under NENG back then).  Over the years, I've continued to check in on it periodically.  I think the current CEO, Gregory Shortall, has done a decent job of turning a steady profit in a low-margin business.  He has moved them towards cloud computing with their application development.  But none of that matters much.  I don't typically buy companies because of their story.  I buy stocks because I like their chart, and NEI has set up a pretty interesting Cup and Handle pattern over the last 2 months:

A move to 1.35 or so would take it above all resistance.
