Forty-Seven Shortcomings of Financial Reform

In 2003 John R. Talbott published a book (one of eight he has written) entitled "The Coming Crash in the Housing Market".  He is a former investment management executive (as opposed to the recent trading executives running the company) who has been speaking out against the capture of government by corporate interests and their lobbying minions.

Wednesday, in The Huffington Post, Talbott outlined 47 areas that are inadequately addressed by the proposed financial reform legislation.  You may not find any surprises in what he discusses, but I was impressed to see a list of 47 all in one place.
