My Annual Pivot At 1363.2 On The S&P 500 Remains In Play

10-Year Note - (1.650) Semiannual, quarterly and annual value level at 1.853, 1.869 and 2.502 with a daily pivot at 1.646, and monthly, weekly and semiannual risky levels at 1.568, 1.438 and 1.389.

Comex Gold - ($1598.5) Weekly, daily and annual value levels are $1546.8, $1542.9 and $1388.4 with annual and monthly pivots at $1575.8 and $1578.3, and semiannual and quarterly risky levels at $1643.3, $1702.5 and $1805.8. The 50-day / 200-day SMAs: $1602.8 / $1665.9.

Nymex Crude Oil - ($84.82) Daily, semiannual and weekly value levels are $77.54, $76.71 and $74.55 with the October 4th low at $74.95, and monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at $100.47, $103.58 and $107.63. Another annual risky level is $117.00. Oil closed above its 200-week at $80.51.

The Euro - (1.2658) Daily, weekly, monthly and semiannual value levels are 1.2433, 1.2170, 1.2168 and 1.1078 with semiannual, annual and quarterly risky levels at 1.2917, 1.4239 and 1.4583.

We just can't get away from my annual pivot at 1363.2 on the S&P 500! A gap open on Monday above 1363.2 SPX continues Friday's upside with potential strength in July to my new monthly risky levels at 13,471 Dow Industrials, 1418.6 SPX, 3059 NASDAQ, 5422 Dow Transports, and 834.07 Russell 2000. On the flipside, if the S&P 500 slips away from 1363.2 to the downside the risk is to my annual value level at 12,312 Dow Industrials. Weekly value levels are 1291.4 SPX, 2775 NASDAQ, 4919 Dow Transports, and 753.44 Russell 2000. Still influential are my annual value level at 2698 NASDAQ and my annual risky level at 836.15 Russell 2000. My new semiannual value levels lag at 10,738 Dow Industrials, 1059.7 SPX, 2527 NASDAQ, 4449 and 4129 Dow Transports, and 686.25 Russell 2000.

Daily Dow:(12,880) Daily, annual, weekly and semiannual value levels are 12,511, 12,312, 12,181 and 10,738 with monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 13,473, 14,032 and 14,493.

S&P 500 - (1362.2) Daily, weekly and semiannual value levels are 1316.5, 1291.4 and 1059.7 with my annual pivot at 1363.2, and weekly, quarterly and annual risky levels at 1418.6, 1539.8 and 1562.9.

NASDAQ - (2935) Daily, weekly, annual and semiannual value levels are 2841, 2775, 2698 and 2527 with monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 3058, 3232 and 3348.

Dow Transports - (5209) Daily, weekly and semiannual value levels are 4958, 4919, 4449 and 4129 with my monthly risky level at 5422, and the all time high is 5627.85 set on July 11, 2011.

Russell 2000 - (798.49) Daily, weekly and semiannual value levels are 769.14, 753.44 and 686.25 with monthly / annual risky levels at 834.07 / 836.15, and all time high at 868.57 set on May 2, 2011.
