50-Day And 200-Day SMAs On Transports And Russell 2000 Are Keys.

10-Year Note - (1.438) My monthly value level is 1.568 with a daily pivot at 1.440, and semiannual and weekly risky levels at 1.389 and 1.356. A new record low yield was set on Monday at 1.398.

Comex Gold - ($1576.0) My annual value level is $1388.4 with annual, monthly and daily pivots at $1575.8, $1578.3 and $1584.4, and weekly and semiannual risky levels at $1621.3, $1643.3 and $1702.5.

Nymex Crude Oil - ($88.30) Weekly and semiannual value levels are $80.41 and $76.71 with daily, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at $91.72, $100.47, $103.58 and $107.63.

The Euro - (1.2133) My semiannual value level is 1.1078 with monthly and daily pivots at 1.2168 and 1.2203, and weekly and semiannual risky levels at 1.2295 and 1.2917. A new low for the move was set at 1.2071 on Monday versus the June 2011 low at 1.1880.

The Dow Transports gapped below its 50-day and 200-day simple moving averages at 5081 and 5072 on Monday, while weakness on the Russell 2000 held its 50-day and 200-day simple moving averages at 776.52 and 773.80. If the small cap index breaks below their averages before the Transports get back above their averages the downside continues. Weekly closes below the five-week modified moving averages at 12,750 Dow Industrials, 1350.2 SPX, 2910 NASDAQ, 5127 Transports and 789.42 Russell 2000 downgrades the weekly chart profiles. All five averages are below their weekly pivots at 12,913 Dow Industrials, 1366.7 SPX, 2941 NASDAQ, 5118 Transports and 798.66 Russell 2000. The neutral zone remains between my annual and semiannual value levels at 2698 / 2527 NASDAQ and my annual risky level at 836.15 Russell 2000. In-between is my annual value level is 12,312 Dow Industrials and my annual pivot at 1363.2 SPX. My semiannual value levels are; 10,738 Dow Industrials, 1059.7 SPX, 4449 Dow Transports and 686.25 Russell 2000.

Daily Dow:(12,721) Annual and semiannual value levels are 12,312 and 10,738 with weekly, daily, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 12,913, 12,951, 13,473, 14,032 and 14,493.

S&P 500 - (1350.5) My semiannual value level is 1059.7 with annual and weekly pivots at 1363.2 and 1366.7 and daily, monthly, quarterly and annual risky levels at 1374.5, 1418.6, 1539.8 and 1562.9.

NASDAQ - (2890) Annual and semiannual value levels are 2698 and 2527 with daily, weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly risky levels at 2933, 2941, 3058, 3232 and 3348.

Dow Transports - (5013) Semiannual value levels are 4449 and 4129 with daily, weekly and monthly risky levels at 5108, 5118 and 5422. The all time high is 5627.85 set on July 11, 2011.

Russell 2000 - (778.90) My semiannual value level is 686.25 with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual risky levels at 795.14, 798.66, 834.07 and 836.15. The all time high is 868.57 set on May 2, 2011.
