Bank worries trump Obama's inauguration, taking markets much lower. DJIA, -4.06% to 7,944.87, smashes the previous inaugural record of -2.07%. S&P -5.28% to 805.26 and Nasdaq -5.78% to 1,440.86 fared even worse.
