France's bond market gets a bit uglier, 10 year OAT yields shooting 25 basis points higher to 3.45%, and the spread to German paper at a new euro high of 170 bps. Rates still remain about where they were at the start of the year, but really should be sharply lower given the recession the country looks to be headed into.
