Zynga plans to raise $900M in its IPO by offering its shares at $8-$10 each, which would give it a market cap of up to $10B, Bloomberg reports. That would represent as much as 9.8X the firm's trailing 12-month sales vs. around 3X for peer Activision (ATVI) and 2X for Electronic Arts (ERTS).
