As cable providers get ready to squabble once again with broadcasters, thanks to the the cost of the NFL's new distribution deal, Jeff Bercovici argues the cable companies have no right to cry poor, not when they insist on bundling dozens of channels consumers don't want in their subscription packages. Like the record industry with its embrace of iTunes, big cable needs to take a hint and embrace a la carte distribution.
