Outflows from long-term mutual funds spiked in the week ended Nov. 30, just as stocks began to rebound from their slide, according to the latest ICI data. Equity funds had net outflows of $9.63B, much higher than normal; investors withdrew $6.67B from U.S. equities and $2.96B from foreign funds. Bond funds had inflows of $1.16B, lowest in two months.
