As the great deleveraging muddles on, Mark Dow says 2012 looks like another mediocre year. The Fed's "money-printing" is really bank credit, and because consumers and companies are still trying to reduce debts - not borrow more - this money is remaining as bank credit and not finding its way into the economy.
