A California judge has denied a request by Electronic Arts (EA) to have a $400M lawsuit filed by top rival Activision (ATVI) thrown out. Activision is alleging EA broke the law by trying to hire two execs at Activision's Infinity Ward studio (responsible for its hit Call of Duty franchise) while they were still under contract. The execs, meanwhile, are suing Activision for wrongful termination.
