Japan and India agree to a $15B currency swap line, after a previous $3B deal expired over the summer. The countries have good diplomatic relations, but share only a fraction of the trade that goes on between Japan and China. News of the arrangement does little for the rupee, -0.9% today and about 25% over the last 5 months.
