A survey of small and medium-sized businesses finds 73% planning to spend an average of $21.5K next year purchasing tablets, with most of those buys being iPads (AAPL). It's further confirmation of the product's success in the enterprise area, an earlier survey showing the iPad with 96% of activations at tracked companies.
