Joining a recent flurry of tech IPOs (I, II, III) is Audience, which is filing for a $75M offering under the ticker ADNC. Audience, whose chips process voice signals for mobile phones, produced revenue of $79.7M (+182% Y/Y) and net income of $13.9M over the first 9 months of 2011. iPhone manufacturer Foxconn accounted for 70% of those sales, though a recent licensing deal with Apple should lead to iPhone chip sales being replaced with royalties.
