Facebook will account for 5% of all online ad spending by the end of 2012, according to a report from Adobe subsidiary Efficient Frontier. However, this figure is still well below Facebook's share of Internet usage, which suggests it has a ways to go with regards to monetizing its user base. In a positive for GOOG, the report also predicts U.S. and international search spending will increase 15%-20% in 2012.
