In spite of the company's Q4 beat (I, II) and proclamation that the chip industry's inventory correction is over, Kaufman's Michael Burton is downgrading Texas Instruments (TXN -0.7%) to Hold. Following TI's healthy run-up from its August lows, Burton thinks there's "more upside" to other chipmakers, such as BRCM, NVDA, and QCOM, and thinks analog chip sales are still bottoming out.
