Shares of Sprouts Farmers Market (SFM -0.4%) rebound after dipping 5.9% earlier today.

Credit Suisse initiates the grocer at Neutral with a PT of $37. Echoing the valuation concerns in Goldman Sachs' initiation, Analyst Edward Kelly notes, "We view SFM as one of the most compelling growth stories in consumer given its differentiated high-return model, strong leverage to the healthy living trend, large new store opportunity, and robust earnings momentum. That said, the market clearly appreciates the company's outlook, as the stock is up sharply after its IPO and trades at a large premium to its peers."
