Investigators in the global inquiry into the setting of inter-bank rates are looking at a small number of traders who may have tried to persuade colleagues to manipulate those rates, the WSJ reports. The traders would then try to profit from the derivatives linked to the rates. Those under scrutiny include ex-UBS and Citigroup (C) staff.
