Mike Gupta, Twitter's (TWTR) CFO since Dec. 2012, is being moved over to the role of SVP, Strategic Investments. He's being replaced as CFO by leading Goldman tech banker and former NFL CFO Anthony Noto. (8-K)
Noto helped take Twitter public last year, and has also handled many other high-profile tech IPOs. His hiring comes 2 weeks after COO Ali Rowghani resigned, reportedly amid pressure over slowing growth and disagreements about product team control.
