Norit, a Dutch maker of activated carbons used to purify water, air, food, and other items, is filing for a $200M IPO under the ticker NRIT. According to its F-1, Norit had revenue of $360.3M (+9% Y/Y) in 2011, and a net loss of $5.7M (the result of a $27.5M forex loss). The company had $363.4M in debt on its balance sheet as of year's end.
