Maybe b/c a dist cut is likely imminent and that is seen as the biggie when it comes to MLPs???

looking at late yesterdays trading and todays moves its still mirroring oils moves,, ,and that will set the price and the div cut.. Higher oil, higher price, lower oil lower DIV and stock price. .+oil=+earnings=+share price Hope this helped:)

When they cut the div in half yield would be about 12%(which is what most of us expected)They would then be able to fund there ventures and have there dcf coverage. Still reading but it looks positive IF OIL has bottomed:) took on a small position right after it went xDIV, it was better news than i expected:)

The real news was inside the release ... Based on the current commodity price environment and our 2014 year end proved reserves, our borrowing base may be reduced below our current outstanding borrowings. We are reviewing alternatives to reduce our outstanding debt under the Credit Agreement, which may include the issuance of debt and equity and the sale of assets.

I wonder how long they will keep the distribution at its current level?
