Manhattan D.A. indicts 13 more people for a total of 25 charged with a $100M mortgage fraud that ripped off banks including Countrywide, BofA, Wells Fargo and SunTrust. And mortgage fraud continues to rise.

This is nothing compared to the political fraud that goes on day after day and is ignored by most everyone.

Look at cap and trade, you probably think its about the saving the planet. Nope, just about more fraud perpetrated on the American public.

Well, these guys committed a fraud, that much is clear. And they should be punished accordingly, even if the banksters were the victims.

What troubles me is that their fraud is not at all unlike the fraud of the big investment banks: sell something (CDOs, etc) for big bucks when in reality it's just a piece of crap (wrapped up liar loans, etc).

Why aren't /they/ being charged?
