The G8 is in agreement on a 50% cut in greenhouse gases by 2050, but China and India have been resistant, and President Hu Jintao has returned home due to unrest in China. The dollar has yet to draw attention.

Yep, with all of the real problems why are they still fixated on this political scam. Answer, because politicians the world over drool for ideas that do nothing but provide great sound bites.
