Justifiably, Ford (NYSE:F) objects to the $80.1M bonus package proposed by bankrupt auto-supplier Visteon, calling it 'too rich' for the current economy. Top Visteon employees are looking for bonuses ranging from 90-375% of their salaries for driving the firm into Chapter 11.

They caused Chapter11 so please fire them without any bonus, and also without pension and health care (this money will be for creditors). This is the only wise thing to do. You really don't need to keep these "precious" employees, and you would love if they will go working for a competitor (double advantage: after some time, you will have also less competition, thanks to their precious competence). I really don't understand why to act differently (AIG, BAC), any chief that gives bonuses to stupid employees, is as stupid as them, and should be fired as quickly as them.

Better give them their bonus or they'll quit and go to work for GS.

H*ll, 0bama is being paid $400K for running up a trillion in debt (and it's only July), a real bargain when compared with the pikers at Visteon.
