More on compensation: Morgan Stanley (MS -1.3%) - who reported quarterly losses this morning - set aside 72% of Q2 revenue for pay and benefits as they battle Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) and JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) for talent. "It was a very good quarter to be a Morgan Stanley employee ... I’m not so sure it was so good to be a Morgan Stanley shareholder."

It is important that companies do not forget shareholders; I believe citizens are tired of watching insiders getting rich; government should have a role on this matter imposing limits. Do you remember Salesforce.com CEO selling 10,000 shares every single day?
